Course Description

Most startup advice is written by people who read about startups. This course is built by a three-time founder who has been through the full cycle — from $0 to acquisition — three times over, raising $240M along the way.

Marcus Thorne doesn't teach frameworks. He teaches how decisions actually get made at the board level, in the hiring room, and in the fundraising war room. You'll learn through case studies of real companies at the exact inflection points that define whether a venture succeeds or stalls.
