4. Payments & Refunds
All prices are listed in USD. By purchasing a course or subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Our refund policy is:
- 30-Day Refund Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with a course, request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Subscription Cancellation: Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use our platform to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Post, upload, or share content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.
- Engage in any form of harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior.

All content on the Baynal Group LMS platform, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the property of Baynal Group or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written permission.
7. Certificates
Certificates issued upon course completion are provided for your personal achievement record. Baynal Group does not guarantee that certificates will be accepted by any employer, educational institution, or licensing body. Certificates must not be falsified or misrepresented.
8. Disclaimers
Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Course content reflects the knowledge and opinions of instructors and does not constitute professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baynal Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our platform or services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
